The Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900.

No. 475. With reference to the notice of the nomination by His Excellency the Governor of a member of the hereinafter mentioned Board of Arbitrators to determine the amounts of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of Kowloon Inland Lots Nos. 818 and 709, published in the Gazette of the 20th July, 1928, as Government Notification No. 417, and the owners having failed within seven days from the date of such publication to nominate a member to serve on the said Board, I, the undersigned, Chairman of the said Board, do hereby nominate and appoint Mr. EDMUND FREDERICK RONALD SAMPLE, A.R.I.B.A., to be a member of the said Board on behalf of such owners.
