EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

No. 439. It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has, under section 90 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, this day authorised and appointed as a place to be used as a cemetery for the Little Sisters of the Poor only and to be known as New Kowloon Cemetery No. 2, the piece of land containing approxi- mately 8850 sq. ft. situated at Ngau Shi Wan, on the north side of lot 1907, Survey District II, and shown on the plan of such Cemetery which is deposited and which may be seen in the Office of the Public Works Department.
