Such periods shall commence to run,

(a) in the case of molasses from the time the first portion of molasses is

mixed with rice tailings or other ferment; and

(b) in the case of rice from noon on the day on which the steamed rice is

mixed with yeast.

(2) No methods of accelerating the fermentation shall be employed without first

obtaining the consent of the Superintendent.

(3) In the case of rice the licensee shall declare to the Superintendent the type of yeast he proposes to employ, and make an entry to the like effect in his register of mash prescribed under regulation 22.

(4) Any change from one type of yeast to another shall be reported to the Super-

intendent by the licensee at once.

(2) by the rescission of regulation 24 and the substitution of the following regulation therefor,-

Regulation 24. No still shall be worked between the hours of 6 p.m. and 5 a.m., nor shall any still be worked on any Sunday or any day named or approved by the Superintendent as a holiday, unless suitable arrangements are made to convey the distillate direct from the still through closed and sealed pipes to a locked spirit receiver.

Order made by the Governor in Council under section 2 of the Crown Fees Ordinance, 1870, Ordinance No. 5 of 1870, on the 19th day of July, 1928.

The fees set out in Tables B and C to the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, are hereby reduced by one half in respect of the yachts of yacht clubs which appear in the Navy List.
