Time Signals.
No. 389.-It is hereby notified for general information that powerful lights have been fitted on the Observatory Radio-mast, by means of which the 9 p.m. time signal will be repeated at 10 a.m. and 4 p.in., Hong Kong Standard Time, while the Time Ball is out of action. The lights may be observed with field glasses or small telescopes.
