No 312 His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased, under section of the Midwives Ordinance, 1910, Ordinance No. 22 of 1910, to appoint Dr. PHOON SECK WENG to be a Member of the Midwives Board for a term of three years, with effect from the 25th May, 1923.

No. 313. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased, under section 3 of the Dentistry Ordinance, 1914, Ordinance No. 16 of 1914, to appoint Dr. JAMES STOBIE DYKES to be a Member of the Dental Board, with effect from the 26th May, 1928.

No. 314. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Lieut.-Colonel FREDERICK EAVES, D.S.O., to act as First Police Magis- trate, with effect from the 22nd May, 1928.
