With reference to the notice of the nomination by Ilis Excellency the Governor of a member of the Board of Arbitrators to determine the amount of compen- sation to be paid in respect of the resumption of Tsat Tsz Mui Village House No. 22, published in the Gazette of the 2nd March, 1928, as Government Notification No. 109, and the owner having failed within seven days from the date of such publication to nominate a member to serve on the said Board, I, the undersigned, Chairman of the said Board, do hereby nominate and appoint.
