No. 264. Ilis Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, provisionally and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, the Honourable Mr. JOHN OWEN HUGHES to be an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council for such period as the Honourable Sir HENRY EDWARD POLLOCK, K.C., is acting as Attorney General of the Colony, with effect from 4th May, 1928.

No. 265.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, provisionally and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, Mr. CHARLES GORDON STEWART MACKIE to be an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council for such period as the Honourable Sir HENRY EDWARD POLLOCK, K.C., is acting as Attorney General of the Colony, with effect. from 4th May, 1928.

No. 266. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, provisionally and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, the Honourable Mr. ARTHUR CECIL HYNES to be an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council, vice the Honourable Mr. WILLIAM EDWARD LEONARD SHENTON, with effect from 8th May, 1928.

His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint, provisionally and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, Mr. BENJAMIN DAVID FLEMING BEITH to be an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council, vice the Honourable Mr. WILLIAM EDWARD LEONARD SHENTON, with effect from 9th May, 1928.
