5. The Colonial Secretary laid on the table the Report of the Finance Committee

(No. 2), dated 15th March, 1928, and moved it adoption.

6. Pensions Amendment Bill.--The Attorney General addressed the Council and moved the First reading of a Bill intituled An Ordinance to amend the Pensions Ordinance, 1862.

7. Secretary for Chinese Affairs Incorporation Bill.-The Attorney General ad- dressed the Council and moved the First reading of a Bill intituled An Ordinance to provide for the incorporation of the Secretary for Chinese Affairs.
