No. 129. – It is hereby notified, under section b of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, Ordinance No. 10 of 1900, that the Board of Arbitrators appointed to determine the amounts of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of,—

(1) Wong Nei Chong Lot No. 6.

(2) Wong Nei Chong Lot No. 11.

(3) Section A of Wong Nei Chong Lot No. 14.

(4) Wong Nei Chong Lot No. 77.

(5) Wong Nei Chong Lot No. 97; and

(6) Wong Nei Chong Lot No. 127,

is constituted as follows:

His Honour Mr. Justice JonN ROSKRUGE WOOD, Puisne Judge, Chairman.

Mr. ARTHUR EDGAR WRIGHT, J.P., F.S.I., Chartered Surveyor, nominated by His

Excellency the Governor; and

Mr. LAWRENCE GIBBS, J.P., A.MI.C.E., nominated by the Chairman on behalf

of the respective owners.

It is hereby further notified that the Chairman hereby appoints Thursday, the 15th day of March, 1928, at 3.15 o'clock in the afternoon at his Chambers, Courts of Justice, Victoria, Hong Kong, as the time and place for the Board to commence its sittings.

Any person claiming compensation, whether as owner or otherwise, by reason of such resumption must, before the commencement of the sittings of the Board, transmit to the Colonial Secretary for transmission to the Board a written claim, stating the nature of his right or interest in the land and the amount which he seeks to recover.
