With reference to the notice of the nomination by His Excellency the Governor of a member of the Board of Arbitrators to determine the amount of compen- sation to be paid in respect of the resumption of Section A, Section B and the remaining Portion of Wong Nei Chong Lot No. 1, Wong Nei Chong Lots Nos. 6 and 11, Section A of Wong Nei Chong Lot No. 14 and Wong Nei Chong Lots Nos. 77, 97 and 127, pub- lished in the Gazette of the 3rd February, 1928, as Government Notification No. 62, and the respective owners having failed within seven days from the date of such pub- lication to nominate a member to serve on the said Board, I, the undersigned, Chairman of the said Board, do hereby nominate and appoint Mr. LAWRENCE GIBBS, J.P., A.M.I.C.E., to be a member of the said Board on behalf of all such owners.
