No. 109. With reference to Government Notification No. 606 of 1927 (Gazette of 21st October, 1927), it is hereby notified under section 4 of the Crown Lands Resump- tion Ordinance, 1900, Ordinance No. 10 of 1900, that His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to nominate Mr. ARTHUR EDGAR WRIGHT, J.P., Chartered Surveyor, to be a member of the Board of Arbitrators to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of Tsat Tsz Mui Village House No. 22.

In the event of your failing to nominate a member to represent you on the said Board within seven days from the date of publication of this notice the Chairman of the Board will appoint a person on your behalf.

No. 110.-It is hereby notified that a large area of Crown land near the Gaol site on the south eastern portion of Kowloon Bay (Kai Tack) Reclamation is used for the unauthorized storage of granite stones. Unless these stones are claimed, ownership proved, storage charges paid, and permission to remove the stones obtained, before the 12th March, the materials will be sold and the purchase money used to liquidate the sums due for storage.

No. 111. The following addition to the list of persons authorised by the Governor to sign medical certificates of the cause of death for the purposes of the Births and Deaths Registration Ordinance, 1896, published in the Gazette of the 6th May, 1927, as Notification No. 271, is published for general information :-
