EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

No. 101.

Regulations made by the Governor in Council under section 22 (3) of the Liquors Consolidation Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 9 of 1911, on the 10th day of February, 1928.

1. Condition (a) relating to the carrying on of the business of every licensed publican or adjunct licensee which is contained in section 22 (1) of the Liquors Conso- lidation Ordinance, 1911, is hereby altered by the addition of the following proviso,-

Provided also that the Captain Superintendent of Police, in his discretion and in respect of occasions deemed by him to be 'special occasions', may grant permits in writing extending the hours during which liquor may be sold or drunk upon the licensed premises of any publican. Of such permits there shall be two classes, that is to say,-Class A, allowing sale to and drinking by the general public, and Class B, allowing sale to and drinking by members of a class, group, body or institution, exclusively.

2. Condition 1 of Form No. 4, Publican's Licence, in the First Schedule to the Liquors Consolidation Ordinance, 1911, is hereby amended by the addition of the proviso set forth in the foregoing regulation 1.

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under sections 25 (4), 33 (2) and 42 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, on the 29th Febrnary, 1928.

From 8th March, 1928, until further notice no vessel may anchor within the follow- ing area :—

(a.)-Western Boundary......The Eastern Boundary of the cable ground between

Victoria and Kowloon.

(b.)-Northern Boundary ...The Foreshore.

(c.)-Eastern Boundary ......A line drawn 210° from Blackhead's Point. (d)-Southern Boundary ...A line drawn parallel to and 120 yards South of the Northern Boundary of the Man-of-War Anchor- age.

No. 103. His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 7 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, that the name of Mr. TAI CHO WONG be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 408 of the 10th July, 1925.
