EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

No. 91.

Order made by the Governor in Council under section 2 (1) of the Prohibited Areas (Afforestation) Ordinance, 1927, Ordinance No. 12 of 1927, on the 21st day of February, 1928.

Whereas the Governor in Council considers it desirable to declare the area shown on a map deposited at the office of the Botanical and Forestry Department and thereon marked Mount Collinson Forestry Reserve", to be a prohibited area with a view to the protection of afforestation operations :

It is hereby ordered and declared by the Governor in Council, under section 2 (1) of the Prohibited Areas (Afforestation) Ordinance, 1927, that the said area is and shall be a prohibited area and shall be known as Prohibited Area No. 1 (H ** —).

NOTE.-Prohibited Area No. 1 has an area of 329 acres. The boundary line commences on and follows the old Shek O road in a north-westerly direction, so as to include the northern slope of Mount Collinson, until the junction of such road with the aw Shek O roul; thence along the new Shek O road in a south-easterly direction so as to inclu la the western slope of Mount Collinson; thence (leaving the new Shiek O road) in a direct line to a point on the Dragon's Back; and thence, in a direct line, down the eastern slope of Mouar Collinson to the point of commencement on the old Shek O road.
