Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 13 of the Merchant Ship- ping Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, on the 2nd day of February, 1928.

Table A in the Schedule to the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, is hereby amended as follows:

(1) The following additional classification is inserted in the first paragraph, that

is to say,

Class 1 A-Sea-going ships having passenger certificates under full Board of Trade requirements for foreign-going passenger ships.

(2) The following heading and regulation are inserted next after the said first

paragraph,-

CLASS 1 A.

Regulation for sea-going ships having passenger certificates under full Board of Trade requirements for foreign-going passenger ships.

The requirements in respect of ships of Class 1 A shall be the Board of Trade requirements for the time being in force in Great Britain for foreign-going passenger ships.

No. 58. It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council ins given directions for the rescission of the Order of the 19th November, 1927, published in the Gazette of the 25th November, 1927, as Government Notification No. 691, declaring Sourabaya to be a place at which an infectious or contagious disease prevailed, and the same is hereby rescinded.
