No. 977. NOTICE is hereby given that the Court has by virtue of Section 58 of the Probates Ordinance 1897 made an Order limiting to the 13th day of January 1907 for sending in Claims against the above estate.

All Creditors are hereby required to send their Claims to the undersigned before the said date.

No. 978.-A meeting of His. Majesty's Justices of the Peace will be held at the Magistracy, at 2.15 p.m. on Tuesday, the 27th November, 1906, for the purpose of consider- ing the following applications under the Liquor Licences Ordinance, 1898, viz.:-

1. From one SAMUEL JONES for a publican's licence to sell by retail intoxicating liquors on premises numbered 40 and 41, Praya East, under the sign of "The Praya East Hotel.'

2. From one P. WISSING for a publican's licence to sell by retail intoxicating liquors on premises numbered 266-268, Queen's Road Central, under the sign of "The German Tavern."
