Application for Registration of Trade Marks.

OTICE is hereby given that Messrs. SAN- DER WIELER AND COMPANY carrying on business at Victoria in the Colony of Hong- kong and elsewhere as Merchants have, on the 3rd day of November 1905 applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks :-

1. The representation of a Chinese Dragon

Boat with oarsmen rowing and ban- nermen carrying flags, on the left side is a native bat or sampan and a landscape with Pagoda and on the right side is the bow of a other dragon boat with oarsmen and in the background are depicted some mountains.

2. The representation of two ducks on a river, of Chinese landscape with a Pagoda on both sides and of some mountains in the background-above which is depicted a scale.

3. The representation of a bat, of a Chinese clang-stone and of two fishes one with head upwards and the other with head downwards practically forming a circle which is suspended by a ribbon ending in two tassels. 4. The representation of a peacock with outspreid wings and tail-above which is a scroll bearing the name of the firm "SANDER WIELER & Co.” supported at either end by two trees with very scanty foliage.

The Trade Mark Nod. 1 has been used by the applicants since the month of March 1899 in respect of the following goods :-
