GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.— No. 669.
It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has, under the provisions of Section 13 of the Trade Marks Ordinance, 1898 (No. 6 of 1898), this day cancelled the registration of Messrs. GROSSMANN AND COMPANY'S Pomegranate and Leaf Trade Mark which was registered in respect of Metal Tins, in Class 13, on the 13th October, 1904.
