Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Summary Short title. Offences (Amendment) Ordinance, 1905, and shall be

construed as one with the Summary Offences Ordinance,

1845, hereinafter called the Principal Ordinance.
