sums as the Promoter may think fit.

Provided always, that articles sent in large aggregate quantities, although made up in separate parcels, such as bags of sugar, coffee, meal, and the like, shall not be deemed small parcels, but that term shall apply only to single parcels in separate packages.

passed by the Legislative Council, under section 31 (1) of the Rating Ordinance No. 6 of 1901, this 14th day of September, 1905.
Resolved by the Legislative Council that the percentage on the valuation of tenements payable as rates, in that portion of the Hill District which is defined in section 29 sub-section 1 (b) (as amended by section 2 of Ordinance No. 41 of 1902) of the Rating Ordinance No. 6 of 1901, be altered from 10 per cent. to 13 per cent.
His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to fix the 1st October, 1905, as the date on which this Resolution shall come into effect.
