Regulation 15.--Any person hindering or interfering with any officer lawfully acting under these regulations, or zemoving or damaging any notice posted under these regulations, or any movable property or crops attached under these regulations, or threatening or molesting any purchaser of any property sold under these regulations, or inciting any other person to any such act, shall be deemed to have committed a breach of these regulations and shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding $25 to be recovered by summary proceedings before a Magistrate.

Regulation 16.--The following fees may be demanded under these regulations :----
