SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION BILL. -The Colonial Secretary moved the first reading of a Bill entitled An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary Sum of Two hundred and one thousand five hundred and fifty-five Dollars and twenty cents, to defray the Charges of the Year 1904.

The Attorney General seconded.

Question-put and agreed to.

Bill read a first time.

The Colonial Secretary addressed the Council, and moved the suspension of the Standing Orders to allow the Bill to pass through the remaining stages at that Meeting of the Council.

The Attorney General seconded.

Question-put and agreed to.

The Colonial Secretary moved the second reading of the Bill.

The Attorney General seconded.

Question-put and agreed to.

Bill read a second time.

The Colonial Secretary moved that the Bill be referred to the Finance Committee.

The Attorney General seconded.

Question-put and agreed to.

Council then adjourned, pending consideration of the Bill by the Finance Committee.

Council resumed, and the Colonial Secretary reported to His Excellency the Governor that the Finance Committee had recommended the passing of the Bill.

The Colonial Secretary moved that the Council resolve itself into Committee of the whole Council on the Bill.

The Attorney General seconded.

Council in Committee on the Bill.

Council resumed, and Bill reported without amendment.

The Colonial Secretary moved the third reading of the Bill.

The Attorney General seconded.

Question-put and agreed to.

Bill read a third time.

Question put-that this Bill do pass.

Bill passed.

ADJOURNMENT.-The Council then adjourned sine die.
