Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.

NOTICE is hereby given that Messrs. PIL-

KINGTON BROTHERS, LTD., of Glass works, St. Helens, in the Colony of Lancaster, England, Glass manufacturers, have on the 18th day of December, 1917, applied for the Registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

in the name of PILKINGTON BROthers Ltd., who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

Such Trade Mark has been used by the applicants and their predecessors in business since 1877 in respect of Glass, in Class 15, and is associated with Trade Mark No. 5 of 1903.

Facsimiles of such Trade Marks may be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks, and also at the office of the undersigned.
