General Meeting of Creditors.

Receiving Order dated the 11th day of December, 1917.

Petition dated the 21st day of November, 1917.

THURSDAY, the 20th day of December,

1917, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon precisely, has been fixed for the First General Meeting of Creditors in the above matter, to be held at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria, aforesaid.

No Creditor can vote unless he previously proves his debt at least 24 hours before the Meeting.

Forms of Proof and Proxy can be obtained and filled in at the Official Receiver's Office during office hours.

At the First General Meeting the Creditors will be asked to consider whether the Debtors shall be adjudged Bankrupt.

OTICE is hereby given that a Final

General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at the office of the Liqui- dator, Chartered Bank Building, 3, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong- kong, on Saturday, 22nd December, 1917, at noon, precisely for the purpose of having the account of the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the Winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, laid before such meeting, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquida- tor, and to pass his remuneration, and also to pass the following Extraordinary Resolution, viz. :--

"That the Books, Accounts and Documents of the Company and of the Liquidator thereof be retained by the Liquidator, he undertaking to destroy the same at the expiration of five years from the Dissolution of the Company.
