AND NOTICE is further given that the said Petition is directed to be heard before His Hon- our Sir WILLIAM REES DAVIES, Knight, Chief Justice, on Wednesday, the 12th day of Decem- ber, 1917, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon and any person interested in the said Society whether as Creditor, Policy Holder, or otherwise desirous to oppose the making of an Order for the confirmation of the said alteration under the above Ordinances should appear at the time of hearing, by himself or his Counsel for the purpose, and a copy of the said Petition will be furnished to any such person requiring the same by the undersigned, the Society's Solicitors, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

(1) Improvements in the Manufacture of Light Hydrocarbons from Heavy Hydrocarbons

and for

(2) Manufacture of Benzene, Toluene and other Aromatic Hydrocarbons from Petroleum and other Hydrocarbons; and such applications will come before the Executive Council for consideration at its sit- ting at 9.30 a.m., on 20th December next. Dated the 23rd day of November, 1917.
