COMPANY, a corporation organized and existing under the Laws of the State of West Virginia, carrying on business as Manu- facturers of Chewing Gum and having its prin- cipal office at No. 5, North Wabash Avenue, in the City of Chicago, County of Cook, State of Illinois, United States of America, has on the 21st day of September, 1917, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :--
