by virtue of Section 58 of The Probates Ordinance 1897 (No. 2 of 1897), made an order limiting the time for sending

in claims to or against the above estate to the 15th day of November, 1917.

Creditors and claimants are hereby required

to send their claims to the undersigned by the above date.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partner- ship heretofore subsisting between Pux

IU SANG and certain other partners including the undersigned carrying on business as Merchants and Commission Agents at No. 55, Bonham Strand West, Vic- toria, in the Colony of Hongkong, under the style or firm of the YIK HING HONG (1) has been dissolved as from the First day of November, 1917, so far as concerns the said Prx In Saxo, who retires from the business of the said YIK HING HONG.

All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the other partners who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership under the style or firm of the YIK HING HONG.
