NOTICE is hereby given that Mr. S. W.

WOLFE, Attorney for G. T. FULFORD COMPANY, LIMITED, and Manager of The Dr. WILLIAMS MEDICINE COMPANY'S Far Eastern Branches, has on the 30th day of March, 1917, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :—

The Trade Mark consists of the words BABY'S OWN TABLETS immedi- ately under which, in brackets, are the words (Dr. Williams) and a four- leaved clover, each leaf of the clover having upon it a picture of a child. Under the clover appear the words "A Gentle Laxative and Comforting Medicine for Infants and Children," and other wording explaining the uses and character of the medicine, also the signature "Dr. Williams' Medicine Co.," followed by the Com- pany's addresses. The whole of the design is printed in blue on white and enclosed in an ornamental border, and superimposed upon the wording, three on each side and reading from top to
