1905, at 12 o'clock at noon, precisely, has been fixed for the First General Meeting of Creditors in the above Matter, to be held at the Official Receiver's Office, Land Office, Queen's Road Central. Vietoria aforesaid.
No Creditor can vo e, unless be previously proves his debt.
Forms of Proof and Proxy can be obtained at the Official Receiver's Office during Office hours.
At the First General Meeting, the Creditors will be asked to consider whether the Debtor shall be adjudged Sankrupt or whether they, the Creditors, will entertain a proposal for a Composition or Scheme of Arrangement.
