Tubbataha Island-Sulu Sea.
THE Commanding Officer of the Cutter "Negros" reports that the acetylene flashing white light on Black Rock, southwest of Tubbataha Island, Sulu Sea, is not burning. It will be relighted as soon as practicable and notice issued.

Guardia Shoal.
The acetylene gas buoy, formerly placed at Silangan Pass, was re-established October 16, 1917, 55 yards southeast of the one fathom patch of Guardia Shoal, entrance to Manila Bay. The buoy is painted black and moored in 9 fathoms of water. Cha- racteristic of light: flashing white every three (3) seconds.
