RIDAY, the 31st day of March, 1905, at 12 o'clock at noon, precisely, has been fixed for the First General Meeting of Creditors in the above Matter, to be held at the Official Receiver's Office, Land Office, Queens Road Central, Victoria aforesaid.
No Creditor can vote unless he previously proves his debt.
Forms of Proof and Proxy can be obtained at the Official Receiver's Office during Office hours.
At the First General Meeting, the Creditors will be asked to consider whether the Debtor shall be adjudged Bankrupt or whether they, the Creditors, will entertain a proposal for a Composition or Scheme of Arrangement.

HE Fifteenth Ordinary General Meeting of the above Association will be held at the Heart Office, No. 26 The Bund, Shanghai, on Tuesday, the 11th Apr 1, 1905, at 4.30 o'clock pm. precisely, for resentation of the Report of the Directors and the Accounts to the 31st December, 1904, the election of Direc- tors and Auditor for the current year, and for the purpose of transacting any other business which may be transacted at au Ordinary General Meeting.
The Transfer Books of the Association will be closed from the 1st of April to the 1:th of Apr.1. 19. 5, both days inclusive.
Members holding proxies for absent Share- holders must deposit same with the Secretary for Registration at least Forty-eight hours before the Meeting.
