Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.
NOTICE is hereby given that S. C. ISMAIL
& Co., of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, have on the 11th day of June, 1917, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in
the Register of Trade Marks, of the following
Trade Mark :--
GATHERING ORANGES
The representation of two ladies gathering oranges in a garden, the words "Choy Chang To" on top and our firm's name in Chinese on the bottom. The whole surmounted by a lower border in the name of S. C. ISMAIL & Co,, who claim to be the proprictors thereol.
The above Trade Mark is intended to be used by the applicants forthwith in respect of Cotton piece goods of all kinds, in Class 24.
A representation of the said Trade Mark is deposited for inspection in the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks.
