OTICE is hereby given that the KWON Portland Street, Yaumati, in the Colony of Hongkong, have in their Application dated the 28th day of April, 1917, applied for the regis- tration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks of the Trade Mark of which the following is a detailed description:
A representation of an Airship flying over a Mountain, behind the Mountain is the sea with the Sun rising to the left and three vessels on the sea to the right. The Airship has a flag at her stern with the letters K. S. thereon. The whole is surrounded by a fancy border.
in the name of the KwoNG SAN KNITTING COM- PANY, who claim to be the Proprietors thereof.
The said Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants for five years in respect of Socks of inferior quality, in Class 38.
A facsimile of the said Trade Mark can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks, and also at the office of the undersigned.
