Sansha (Samsa) Inlet Kaiser Rock.

Kaiser Rock Buoy Moved.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Kaiser Rock Buoy, marking the Kaiser Rock, San- sha (Samsa) Inlet, has been moved and is now moored to the summit of the rock. During extreme low water the Buoy is kept off the rock by a submerged fender boom. The characteristics of the Buoy have not been changed.
