NOTICE is hereby given that Messrs. JAMES NOTICE is hereby given that WESTMINSTER

in the name of JAMES BUCHANAN & Co., Ltd., who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

Such Trade Marks have been used by the applicants since 1914, in respect of Whisky, in Class 43. The "Black & White" Mark is associated with Trade Marks Nos. 99 of 1903, and 127 of 1905; and the "Red Seal" Mark is associated with Trade Mark No. 73 of 1907.

Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks, Hongkong, and also at the office of the undersigned.

The above mentioned Trade Mark No. 1 is intended to be used by the Applicants forth- with, and the above mentioned Trade Mark No. 2 has been used by the Applicants since the 8th day of February, 1913, both Trade Marks in respect of Manufactured Tobacco, in Class 45.
