NOTICE is hereby given that the Court

has, by virtue of Section 58 of The Probates Ordinance, 1897, (No. 2 of 1897), made an order limiting the time for sending in claims to or against the above estate to the 15th day of March, 1917.

Creditors and claimants are hereby required to send their claims to the undersigned by the above date.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Order of

the Supreme Court of Hongkong, dated the 21st day of February, 1917, confirming the reduction of the Capital of the above mentioned Company from $4,000,000 (Four million dollars) to $3,000,000 (Three million dollars) and the Minute approved by the Court shewing with respect to the capital of the Company as altered the several particulars required by the above Ordinance were registered by the Registrar of Companies, on the 21st day of February, 1917. The said Minute is in the words and figures following:--

The capital of the Green Island Cement Company, Limited, (and Reduced) henceforth is $3,000,000 (Three million dollars) divided into 400,000 (Four hundred thousand) shares of $7.50 (Seven dollars and fifty cents) each instead of the former capital of $4,000,000 (Four million dollars) divided into 400,000 (Four hundred thousand) shares of $10 (Ten dollars) each.

At the time of the Registration of this Minute the sum of $7.50 (Seven dollars

and fifty cents) has been and is to he deemed to be paid up on each of the said shares.
