Such Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of Milk whether Fresh, Sterilized or Preserved, Cocoa, Chocolate Bon-Bons; and other food preparations containing Cocoa or Milk, all in Class 42.

The above mentioned Trade Mark is to be associated with Trade Mark No. 69 of 1899.
