"OTICE is hereby given that the Petition. Declaration, and Specification required by the above-mentioned Ordinance have been duly filed in the office of the Colonial Secrc- tary of Hongkong and that it is the intention of the said MARCONI'S WIRELESS TELEGRAPH COMPANY, LIMITED, of 18, Finch Lane, Lou- don, England, by DENNYS & BOWLEY their solicitors, to apply for etters Patent for the exclusive use of the above invention within the Colony of Hongkong at a sitting of the Exccutive Council to be held on Tuesday the 9th October, 1906.
