Will the Government state what is the estimated cost to the Colony of the suggested Camp for

Defence Corps training in the New Territories?

OPIUM BILL.-The Attorney General moved the First reading of a Bill intituled An Ordinance to make further provision against the counterfeiting of labels, wrappers and marks used in connection with Government opium.

The Colonial Secretary seconded.

CONTRACTS (WAR RESTRICTIONS) BILL.--The Attorney General moved the First read- ing of a Bill intituled An Ordinance to make provision with regard to the effect on certain contracts of certain requirements regulations and restrictions rendered necessary by the present war.

FERRIES BILL.-The Attorney General moved the First reading of a Bill intituled An Ordinance to regulate Ferries.

FIRE AND MARINE INSURANCE COMPANIES DEPOSIT BILL.--The Attorney General moved the First reading of a Bill intituled An Ordinance to provide for the making of deposits by certain persons firms and companies carrying on fire or marine insurance business.

PENSION AMENDMENT BILL.The Attorney General moved the First reading of a Bill intituled An Ordinance to amend the Pension Ordinance, 1862.
