The revised list of persons to whom articles to be exported to China may be consigned, which was published as Notification No. 28, and amended by Notifica- tions No. 29, No. 40, No. 53, No. 66, No. 113, No. 133, No. 200, No. 241, No. 273, No. 287, No. 308, No. 348, No. 371, No. 435, No. 448, No. 474, and No. 487, published in the Gazettes of January 26th, February 9th, 16th, and 23rd, March 23rd and 30th, May 4th and 25th, June 8th and 22nd, July 6th, August 3rd and 17th, September 28th, October 5th and 26th, and November 2nd, 1917, respectively, is hereby further amended as follows:-

No. 505. Notice is hereby given that, the Officer Administering the Govertrie
in Council having decided that the resumption of the property registered in the District Land Office as Lot No. 912 in Survey District No. IV is required for a public purpose, and private negotiations for the purchase thereof having (in the opinion of His Excel- lency the Officer Administering the Government) failed, the said property, and all rights, easements and appurtenances thereto belonging or appertaining will be resumed by the Crown for a public purpose on the expiration of four months from the publication of this notice, and that thereupon such compensation in respect of such resumption will be paid as may be awarded in the manner provided by the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900.
