Regulations made by the Governor in Council under Section 3 of the Public Places Regulation Ordinance, 1870, Ordinance No. 2 of 1870, this 2nd day of August, 1917.
Blake Pier.
The following regulation is added to the Regulations made by the Governor in Council on the 1st day of August, 1911, and published on page 538 of "the Regulations of Hongkong 1914" under the heading "Blake Pier" as amended by the Regulations made by the Governor in Council on the 24th day of June, 1915, published in the Gazette on the 25th day of June, 1915, as Government Notification No. 277 :-
“10. No person shall use or occupy or attempt to use or occupy any public chair or seat on the pier which is marked “reserved" (4) unless he shall have previously paid to the attendant or other officer in charge thereof the sum of two cents and shall have obtained from him a ticket therefor."
