In addition to the above an allowance is to be made for the necessary expense of postages, carriage, and transmis- sion of documents.
Evidence.
As to evidence such just and reasonable charges and ex- penses as appear to have been properly incurred in procuring evidence and attendance of witnesses are to be allowed.
