No. 454. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. CHARLES MONTAGUE WILLIAM REYNOLDS to act as Secretary to the Sanitary Board until further notice, with effect from the 1st October, 1917.

His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under Section 10 of the Medical Registration Ordinance, 1884, Ordinance No. 1 of 1884, Mr. KENELM HUTCHINSON DIgby, M.B., B.S., F.R.C.S., to be a Member of the Medical Board, with effect from the 10th October, 1917, vice Mr. WALTER LESLIE PATTENDEN whose term of office has expired.
