3. Any person who aids or abets any alien in any contravention of these Persons

Regulations, or knowingly harbours any alien whom he knows or has reasonable grounds for supposing to have acted in contravention of these Regulations, shall be liable on conviction before a Police Court to imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months or to a fine not exceeding eight hundred and fifty dollars or to both such imprisonment and fine.

4. Any person who acts in contravention of these Regulations, or is Arrest.
