2. The Purchaser shall lay out and construct Salt Pans on the said Lot with proper see ambankments within 3 years of the date of Sale to the satisfaction in all respects of the Assistant Land Officer.
3. The Lot is sold subject to the existing rights of the owner or owners for the time being of the adjoining Salt Pans registered in the Land Office as Tai O Salt Pans No. 1 to obtain sea water and for the drainage and proper working of such Salt Pans and the Pur- chaser shall on demand if required by the Assistant Land Officer assign to the owner of the said Tai O Salt Pans No. 1 such portion of the Lot sold as may in the opinion of the Assistant Land Officer be necessary for the purpose of making channels and drains through the said Lot for the proper working of such Salt Pans.
4. No buildings to be erected on the Lot.

No. 770.-Tenders will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Tuesday, the 25th September, 1906, for the supply of dust carts, &c., and executing repairs to same, for this Department, for the period of one year, from the 1st January next.

Tenderers must pro:lnce a receipt that they have deposited in the Treasury the sum of $100 as a pledge of the bona fides of their tender.
The successful Tenderer will be required to sign a formal contract containing conditions to be prescribed by the Board and also to give security to the satisfaction of His Excellency the Governor in the sum of $500: failing compliance with these requirements the sum deposited by the tenderer will be forfeited.
For form of tender, apply at the Colonial Secretary's Office.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

NOTICE is hereby by given that, Osone Buoy, moored on Osone shoal, entrance to Nagasaki Harbour, Province of Hizen, Nagasaki prefecture, has been adrifted to the Eastward from the last position.
-Due notice will be given when the Buoy has been remoored into its due position.
