Balance of the Corps Funds of the H.K.V.C. and H.K.V.R.
Duration of Ordinance.
(2.) All sums which immediately before the com- mencement of this Ordinance were standing to the credit of the Corps Funds of the Hongkong Volunteers and the Hongkong Volunteer Reserve shall forthwith be paid to the Colonial Treasurer to be used by the Colonial Government for the benefit of the Hongkong Defence Corps as the Governor in Council may direct.
11. This Ordinance shall continue in force only until the expiration of a period of six months from the con- clusion of the present war.
