Given at Our Court at Buckingham Palace, this Second day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and in the Eighth year of Our Reign.

Order made by the Governor in Council under Section (9) of the Post Office Ordinance, 1900, (Ordinance No. 6 of 1900), on the 16th day of Angust, 1917.

It is hereby notified that on and after the 1st September next the Cash on Delivery Service will be extended to parcels exchanged with Macao.
