No. 316. His Majesty the King has not been advised to exercise his power of dis- allowance with respect to the following Ordinances :

Ordinance No. 1 of 1917.--An Ordinance to amend the War Loan Ordinance,

1916.

Ordinance No. 2 of 1917.--An Ordinance to consolidate and amend the law relating to the powers of arrest possessed by revenue officers.

Ordinance No. 3 of 1917.--An Ordinance to amend the Interpretation Ordi-

nance, 1911.

Ordinance No. 5 of 1917.—An Ordinance to make provision for the better pro- tection of forests, forest reserves, and plantations from fire.

Ordinance No. 6 of 1917.---An Ordinance to make further provision for the pro- tection of trees on Crown land and other Crown property from wilful damage.

Ordinance No. 8 of 1917.--An Ordinance to amend the Pharmacy and Poisons

Ordinance, 1916.
