The rainfall for the month of June at the Botanical Gardens was 10s17 on 28 days, at the Matilda Hospital, Mount Kellett, it was 12ins. 79 on 29 days, and at the Police Station, Taipo, it was 1936 on 26 days.
The mean wind velocity was the lowest on record for June, except in 1915 when it was 80 m.p.h.
