No. 294.
Regulations made by the Governor in Council under Section 4 of the Merchant Ship- ping Amendment Ordinance, 1917, (Ordinance No. 13 of 1917), on the 28th day of June, 1917.
LANDING REGULATIONS.
1. No person or thing shall be landed from any steamship exceeding sixty tous except at the port of destination named on the clearance of such steamship.
2. Every person who does or is a party to any act forbidden by the foregoing regula- tion shall be liable to a fine not excceding $200 or to imprisonment for any term not exceeding six months.
No. 295.-It is hereby notified that the following society has been exempted by the Governor in Council from registration under the Societies Ordinance, 1911, (Ordi- nance No. 47 of 1911), and its name is hereby added to the List of Exempted Societies, published in Government Notification No. 185 of 1917, under the following heading :-
