No. 270.—With reference to Government Notification No. 248 of the 25th May, 1917, published in the Gazette of the same date, it is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor has declared Mr. HORACE PERCY SMITH to be duly elected a Member of the Licensing Board for six months during the absence on leave of the Hon. Mr. EDWARD SHELLIM, with effect from the 11th day of June, 1917, in accordance with the Rules published in the Government Gazette dated the 7th January, 1910.
